Bored with their current tiny backyard, our clients wanted an outdoor space optimized for daily family use as well as entertaining friends. We created a plan that affordably converted their cramped space into an indoor-outdoor party pad, starting with a sunken ‘living room’ of built-in seating around a gas fire pit over long-lasting Trex decking. Next, by installing sliding doors to the adjoining garage, we created a wide-open cabana, perfect for watching summertime movies or hanging out in less-than-ideal weather, resulting in a multi-functioning outdoor living space for all seasons.
